Local Shipping
Local shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays. For special orders and backorders, standard shipping will commence after the advised estimated time of arrival for the product. In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. We will keep you updated on any changes to your shipment status via phone or email.
International Shipping
International shipments are handled by our shipping partner, FedEx. Please note the following:
- FedEx reserves the right to adjust shipping prices at any time.
- Net rates for a country apply only to payer accounts based in that country.
- Net rates are based on applicable transportation discounts and exclude surcharges, ancillary or other charges, duties, taxes, and special handling fees.
