Shipping Policy

Local shipping will take a minimum of 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and does not include Public Holiday. For special and backorders, normal shipping shall follow after the advised product estimated time of arrival.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Otherwise, we will keep you posted via phone call or e-mail.

For International Shipment, It will be carried by FedEx shipping partner. FedEx reserves the right to change the shipping price at any time. Net rates for a country only apply to payer accounts in that country. Net rates are calculated based on applicable transportation discounts and do not include: surcharges, ancillary / other charges, duties and taxes, or special handling fees.
