Probe Pins & Spring Contact Probes (Pogo Pins)

Sisco Interconnect supplies spring-loaded probe pins, also known as pogo pins, test probes or ICT probes, for in-circuit test (ICT), functional test and PCB test fixtures. The range includes .050", .075" and .100" centre probes with a choice of plunger tip styles, spring forces and gold-plated finishes to suit test pads, vias and component leads.

Each probe pin is listed with its full specification, including minimum centres, current rating, spring force, travel and materials, so you can match an existing part number or specify a new fixture. For press-fit mounting, pair each probe with the matching receptacle.
